Be warned: this company does satisfactory work on roof & gutters, but the invoicing and customer service are a nightmare. I used this service in 2020 and then signed up for an annual maintenance plan. The first service was invoiced in a timely manner, with photos documenting work performed, and was promptly paid. The next 3 annual services were never invoiced and I did not notice the absence of an invoice. Over 3 years later, when I got a call saying my account was overdue and I owed over $2,000.00. It was explained their invoice system was at fault and they had never been sent to me. I have no confidence in the accuracy of Gu-Wi's invoice system for the following reasons: -Invoices from Dec 2021, Dec 2022, and Dec 2023 were sent to me for the first time January 6, 2025. -3 invoices each for $693.93, without any dates service, all generated on the same date of 12/26/2024 without photographic evidence of work performed demanded payment. These seemed possibly fraudulent. -I contacted GU-WI and explained I would not pay invoices without documentation the work was ever done, I asked for invoices with dates of service and photographic evidence of work performed. -3 revised invoices, each for $346.42 were provided. There is no explanation for the change in the amount due, nor which is accurate. -Each of the 3 invoices included a date of service, and each included the very same set of 50 photos without any associated dates of service. Gu-Wi could not tell me which photos are supposed to be associated with a particular date of service. I spoke with my account manager, Hassan. He apologized and said he would respond to my concerns. Over a week later and one follow up call, no reply from Gu-Wi, except for my first PAST DUE notice to pay or I would be sent to collections. I contacted Misty, and she also offered to send documentation of work performed by date of service. She sent me over 100 photos without indicating which photos were of my home on any specific date. In summary, I paid the invoices, because my personal calendar confirmed Gu-Wi was scheduled on the dates of the invoices. No one from Gu-Wi has apologized for their inept use of the invoice software, the inability to provide documentation of service performed, the reason I was originally invoiced for DOUBLE the amount due, the inconvenience of a 3 year delay in billing, or the un professional behavior of the employees.
