Day of installation: GS Cabinet Supply has lower prices because they get the granite pre-fabbed in China and then shipped over. If you pick out a granite color you have no guarantee that it will be available when the time comes to install. Most of their workers don't speak English and their customer services is extraordinarily bad. We needed three pieces of granite in different sizes and they only had three pieces in stock and one of them was a completely different color. They just shrugged and said to pick out a different color. This after a complete kitchen remodel was planned around the granite color. And they don't let you pick out your granite pieces until the day of the install so they have you over a barrel. Very rude people to work with, stay away. Update after installation: : Installation was shoddy and went on into the late hours without any agreement from the homeowner. Quality is very low. Seams on granite are poorly joined and there are flaws in the granite (i.e. pinholes). Don't be fooled by the showroom. They refer to their granite as slabs but there isn't a whole slab on the lot. All of it is pre-fabbed, pre-edged counter pieces. The "slabs" are scattered throughout the yard and there are no English labels on any of the granite and the workers are no help finding matching pieces. You may think you are getting a good price but the selection is limited and if you have to change granite at the last minute don't expect them to help. And if you can't decide right away their only solution is to offer your money back or push you out to the next installation date, which in our case was 2 months. Did not clean up after themselves. Granite was flawed. Granite behind corner sink is not supported at all. There was a refund due on the second choice and despite the fact that the homeowner paid with a cashier's check, all refunds went to the contractor who has yet to reimburse the homeowner. All around an ill-mannered outfit that does not stand behind their product.

I had ordered my entire kitchen cabinets and granite countertops and pad in full in June, with installation to be in August (I did not pay the install fee though they wanted me to).  Installers show up 2 hours LATE in the afternoon, they say they will have the job done in 8 hours. So that means they are going to be at my house until 9pm???  They just showed up late, no call nothing. Anyways, job was not completed in 8 hours...they came back next day in LATE afternoon again around 1pm and stayed until almost 10pm!!! unbelievable.  When they finally were done, the next day when I came back and looked around outside, I had to pick up all their cigarette butts they threw down (I asked them to pick them up) all their garbage they threw in my yard waste (they threw their lunch meat of some type of chicken/beef goo and all their other debris), I picked up chop sticks in my driveway and yard as well.  I had rented a portable toilet for during construction (I don't live at house right now while renovating) and they even spit their blue gum in the urinal in the portable toilet!  I was picking their gum out of my front flower beds as well when I was picking up their cigarette butts.  I smoke myself...and I don't throw my butts down.  I asked them to pick them up before they left and they didn't.

The positives about the cabinets, they are real wood and they are nice looking.  I picked the soft close which is real nice.  I guess the price I paid was worth it, I really like them.  $2000 for labor to me was worth it...I saw what they did and they did work hard, even though they left a mess and they couldn't communicate with me because they can't understand English. The cabinets are nice, there are a couple flaws they did but I can live with them. 

If you can handle guys that don't show up until they want to in the late afternoon, they can't speak or understand English language and leave a mess in your driveway and yard with debris and cigarette butts then I would go with this company.  The cabinets are nice, I like them.
