It went great and my husband and I highly recommend their services. Not only is Patrick very knowledgeable, I felt that he gave us the best advice on protecting the tree. He came out with his crew on the day of the trimming, and got them started on the project. His crew was great - they also were very knowledgeable and proficient. They moved things out of the way before they started, and then afterwards, cleaned up the area of all debris and moved items back to where they were. They chipped the branch debris on site, and per our request, dumped it at the back of the house where we could easily access the chippings for mulching and such. Additionally, we had a few smaller bushes which needed trimming for an upcoming paint job, and they did that for us as well. The tree looks great, and I have every confidence that we have done what we can to protect our tree. We plan on hiring them again and would highly recommend them to others.

The arborist was recommended to me by a masterful gardener involved in a number of Burien area garden public projects.Every thing was done with complete safety - both my neighbors were completely comfortable with the workers and the processes - and the higher parts of the trees being modified were closely examined later at the time of tree surgery.
The crew was efficient and quite trustworthy.  Work progressed faster than expected and the owner spent some time without additional charge hauling trunk sections by handtruck to an area where I will split them for firewood.   In removing branches from neighboring trees, the owner explained throughly which branches he would recommend be taken and what effect on the health of the remaining trees could be expected.  He had visited the site at the time of providing an estimateand examined all the trees in the yard for condition.  At the time of tree modifications the trees were again inspected by the workers while rappelling up into the trees and lowering tree sections by rope.  The assessments by an ISA Certified Arborist and Risk Assessor makes me confident I will not need to call him again for several years
Clean up was just excellent.  Use of mechanical equipment was timed for later in the day to avoid irritating neighbors and was completed quickly.  The small portion of the street needs for shredding was marked with safety cones.
