GREGORY SCIBORSKI

I'm not sure where to begin. Greg was one of the best real estate agents I have ever dealt with. He has a lot of construction expertise, so his insight into building structures, and problems was incredibly valuable. He helped put us in touch with a phenomenal lender (I know, you'd think that sounds a bit of the buddy-system, but our lender did turn out great). And when we had a house to see, Greg made himself available every time within a few hours, if that long. More often, he was ready to meet us at the house for viewing. He was quick to point out all the good, and bad aspects of any home. When we finally found our house, he negotiated $5,500 in closing costs, and was at our house that evening with papers. Once we bought the house he brought us free boxes to pack up our old house, and welcomed us to our new one with cleaning supplies. He also helped with some basic maintenance, even after all was said and done. I highly recommend Greg without reservation.
