James and Mike were great to work with- punctual, diligent, very professional, and the best part... their team took the front, back and side yards from an overgrown eye sore to a beautiful, welcoming place to entertain and for the kids to run around. They're the best.

The first couple of years we were pretty satisfied with the service Greenpoint Landscaping provided (GL): They delivered the service according to the contract and they were responsive to our requests; however GL didn't pay much detailed attention to the appearance of our plants and bushes. They provided what was in the contract and nothing more. We didn't experience much passion for the overall appearance of our landscaping. During the spring/summer of 2007 the service level began to drop. New growth on our shrubbery and hedges weren't trimmed in a timely way and the service visits became irregular and then suddenly stopped. We tried multiple times and in several ways to bring to GL's attention our disappointment and request for service improvements. Unfortunately, GL has been unresponsive. As a last resort, the contract with GL has now been canceled.
