They come every other Saturday. There is nothing that stands out to me. The only reason I haven't gone anywhere else is because they have Saturday availability and I am tired to bringing in new people. I think they need to improve their attention to detail. I am constantly calling them to remind them to dust underneath the chair that?s clearly high off the ground. They need to be more thorough.

I'm not saying don't use them, they just weren't my cup of tea. They didn't do anything awful, it just wasn't the right fit. I think there was some scheduling problems and that kind of thing. The price was average and close to what I pay for the company I currently use. I can't remember the details except there were appointments getting switched around. I only used them 2-3 times then decided it wouldn't work. Another problem was that they were out of town a lot. They would be gone for days at a time. I don't know what they are doing but they would be gone for 3 days at a time and when something would come up you couldn't reach them. I had some plumbing needing to be done and the lady said her husband could do it. She called him and he was nice, but he left a part of and I ended up having some flooding. I wouldn't use them again because I like a company I can reach during their hours. If something came up I would want to be able to talk to them. Maybe no one else has not had that problem, I don't know.

They are very efficient, very thorough and they do a very good job. They are very accurate on their pricing quotes and the timing. If there is any problem in scheduling they are quick in getting back.

They were punctual, thorough, and willing to do the non-standard extra things I asked (i.e. folding laundry). :-) They were also responsive to feedback on the one or two things they missed...very good! They also have a very responsive front desk gal that is always there to answer questions, something that has been *seriously* lacking in other services I've used/tried. Knowing that someone will actually respond quickly when you call is a *huge* plus! :-)

Overall my first and only experience with this company was good and I will likely use them again. There were some glitches here and there, but they were minor and managed fairly and professionally. The initial appointment time had to be moved because of a scheduling issue on their end. But when I expressed the importance of having the cleaning done at the time originally agreed to, the office manager asked I give he a day to try and arrange to get my time back which I did. She called back as expected and had successfully managed to get the original time scheduled. One cleaner arrived on time but by the time she gave directions to her counterpart and they had parked and got into my condo, we were 20 minutes past start time. Luckily it wasn't a big deal to us and a quick call to the office manager resulted in an agreement on a revised price. No problem. The cleaning quality was very good overall and the cleaners themselves were very nice and professional. There were a few areas that were pretty obvious to dust that were not dusted but my opinion is that when it's a first time cleaning, having to point out the areas missed for the future is no big deal. The major areas that needed attention were cleaned very well-especially the vast sq ft. hardwood floors that really catch the sun to reveal any dust/dirt on them and they did a really good job there as I requested. Kitchen and bathrooms looked great too. An ingredient in some cleaner sprayed on the stone floors in the bathroom reacted with the stone and left a slight residue of the spray on the floor that needs to be removed with a special compound. For this, they offered $35 off my next cleaning. Frankly, I'm waiting to confirm the ease with which the residue comes up before weighing in with my final decision as to whether I will reuse the company. But assuming it comes up with little problem, I will go with them again. I recommend this company. If the second time around goes as well as I think/hope it will, I will come back and strongly recommend this company.

They worked hard and did a very good job. They could have improved their service by sending someone out to give me an estimate, rather than giving an estimate over the phone. The estimate was $200.00 and the actual cost was $290.00.

I was very pleased with their work. They came in, they did a good job, they were not over priced, and compared to some of my past experiences I was very pleased.
