Scheduling the cleaning and getting a quote was easy on their well-put-together web site. I received an itemized invoice before the cleaning day so I could understand the cost. The two cleaners (one of whom was the owner) arrived right on time at 8:30 on Saturday morning. They were friendly, professional, non-judgemental. They worked, heads down, for four hours -- no music, no telephones, quiet voices. They brought all of their own products and equipment, including a step stool. When they were finished, they gave me an envelope with chocolates -- very nice attention to detail. It was a pleasure working with Green Shirts -- I will definitely use them again.
