Job was supposed to take three days but it wound up taking two weeks. Although there were some minor setbacks, there were too many days when nobody was here working or someone was only here for a few hours. Including the delays the job was done according to Tyler. one month later see photos attached : I wrote to Tyler: this is what happened as a result of not filling in the dirt properly. Also you can clearly see that the seeding barely grew. I am hoping that you will fix this as it was created by your Company digging it all out. The entire area was flat and grassy before any work was done. You even commented to my husband that you were sorry about how the lawn was damaged from the equipment. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks (Tyler wrote back saying that it's a busy time of year for them and will be a few weeks before he can get back to me to address the situation.) Update : OK, it’s been five months now from the start back in Sept to now Feb. and a worker just shows up here without prior notice. We’ve been promised this for many weeks, but this drop in stuff is very unprofessional. I guess he knew we were past the point of being patient, so he was no longer acting civil or even making eye contact when spoken to. I once again explained exactly how the fence and grounds were promised to be when the job was bid by Tyler. He just mumbled something at me and proceeded to do it his way despite the efforts of myself and my very ill husband to provide simple details to him. I can’t express in words how frustrating this project has been. Like most people, we have lives to lead and expect highly paid and self promoted professionals to do as they promise and as we, the ones who write the check, need them to do the job they commit to in writing. With a very active dog that can’t use our backyard for three months because these guys can’t make a phone call or commitment to fill a dirt hole or sink a fence post properly is absurd. Do you really want your next plumbing emergency repair (or anything) promised to take a certain time, stretched out for five or more months? Or, when it goes badly do you want your desperate emails and calls to go ignored for week after week after week?

I talked to Jeremiah over the phone to get some ideas of costs and timing. He was personable and responsive. On the day of the work, Marcus called me before they came and let me know they were on their way. I showed Marcus what needed to be done and the got the work done faster than I thought it would take and for less than the quote from another plumber. He was great to work with and very professional

The work was done in less than 30 minutes, including the time it took them to write up an estimate before beginning the work itself.   The charge came to $350, plus tax, which I feel is excessive for the amount of labor (less than 30 minutes) and the cost of parts (less than $20 at any home improvement store).  I considered refusing having them do the work after seeing the estimate, but since they charge a $59 trip/estimate fee which I would have had to pay had I chosen not to use them, I decided to have them do the work, especially since I was having out-of-town guests arriving later that day and wanted to get the work done before they arrived.
As the work was done today, I can't remark on how well the repair holds up, but it appeared a straightforward, simple repair and the plumber seemed to know his craft. 
The upside was that they came out the same day I called, and at the designated time, and the plumber and his assistant were courteous and professional.

It went quickly and they did a good job. Tyler is very knowledgable. His crew worked hard and cleaned up after the job. All permitting was taken care of and sign off was no problem.

Our experience with Green Planet Plumbing was great!!!  Tyler was professional from start to finish.  His preliminary description of proposed work was detailed and there were no hidden surprises.  He and his helper showed up to the project site when promised, on time and worked full days until the work was completed.  They displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the project.  If you need a plumber who is an expert in his class, has old school work ethic and gets it done on time and on budget, Tyler is your guy!

Tyler and his team are super easy to work with.  They listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions, they worked with permits and inspectors, and provided excellent service at every point of the process.  My house basically has all new plumbing  =on all three levels thanks to them...and it works wonderfully!  I highly recommend their services.

I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink on Sunday night.  Monday morning, after doing a search on Angie's List, I called Tyler to see if he could help me.  We made arrangements for him to come out the very next morning to take a look at the leak, the plumbing in the rest of my house, and my old water heater.  I have an old house and was curious about upgrading the plumbing and getting a tankless water heater.
He and his technician, Luke, were puncutal, professional, and thorough.  Tyler listened to all of my concerns and ideas, made notes, and said he would send me an estimate to update my plumbing and water heater. 
Fixing the leak under my kitchen sink was a bit of a tricky situation.  Luke had to get creative and try a couple of different things in order to do the job correctly.  He did a wonderful job!  I am very happy with Tyler and Luke and am looking forward to getting the estimate on the rest of the work.
I definitely recommend you call Tyler for any plumbing need.

We are very happy with the work that was done by Green Planet Plumbing. They arrived when expected and did a wonderful job. We had no hot water pressure due to old galvanized pipes mixed with copper pipes in the walls. The guys came out and did everything they promised and more. Now we have hot water with plenty of pressure and wonderful new toilets that actually work. They were very helpful with our request to place the washer and dryer bib lower even though this was installed on a basement wall that is just barely skimmed over the cement foundation. Overall, they did a great job, did it quickly and cleaned up after themselves to the extent that the basement has never looked better. They were even super nice to my three year old.
I thought that the exterior hose bibs were 'defective' and called Tyler to ask about them. It turns out that they are meant to work that way - releasing the water briefly around a valve to prevent freezing. Tyler was very happy to come out and check it out as well as to go over a problem we are having with some old bathroom shower fixtures that is unrelated to any work they did for us. He was very relaxed and professional at all of our meetings. 
We would and will happily use them again.

Installed 18" waterproofing catch basin with sump pump that connected existing basement waterproofing system
Plumbed catch basin to sewer line improving the grade for enhanced water flow.
Removed 7' of existing sub basement floor waterproofing line and installed rock and upgraded drain pipe
Removed inferior adjacent bathroom plumbing and installed new plumbing that has better grade to sewer outlet.
I am very pleased with the end results of the work crew of Green Planet Plumbing
, Adrian, Mike, Dillan, and Ben did on my basement flooding
issue. Mike, the owner, and Adrian, the master plumber, listened to my
concerns as we discovered the root cause of the problem, and addressed
them to my satisfaction. I really appreciated the customer focused,
competent, and professional service. Since I work 2nd shift, I was able
to observe the work as it unfolded. Adrian's skills as a master plumber
were and are evident. He explained to me how the existing bathroom
plumbing had been done incorrectly, and then proposed the way in which
he could improve the system so that it worked properly. The floor drain,
flapper valve, and pump system he installed are functioning as
expected, and the finished product looks nice. Mike worked with me from
his original quote pricing, since the situation changed from his first
assessment, some work was added, e.g. bathroom plumbing and sump pump,
and some work was no longer needed.
Thanks again Mike for responding immediately on Saturday when our basement began flooding.
You saved our unpacked belongings from being soaked as the saturated earth gave up the water
through and around the foundation slab. Could have been really messy, but your
prompt response to our call got the situation under control until the
work could be done.

Our water heater was starting to go out, so we called Green Planet Plumming and Adrian was out the next day to give us an estimate. We have had conventional water heaters in the past and have always wanted a tankless. It was almost 3 times the price, but we will save money in the long run and they last longer, we will never run out of hot water.  He arrived as promised and did an excellent job. He paid attention to detail and was very plesant and bonus he did NOT leave a mess for us to clean up. We will definatley use them again.
