Green Machine Appliance Repair

Several months ago, I had a known problem repaired on my Samsung refrigerator ice maker by Samsung's authorized company. They did a terrible job, so this time I called on Green Machine. Wow! From now on, I'm trusting all my appliances to this company. In little over an hour, Mike took everything apart, checked what was working and what wasn't, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He explained what he was doing and why. (He was also very tactful about the other company, but I am not.) He researched the appliance before coming here. The price for his expertise was very reasonable.

The minute Mike showed up it was like going back to the 50's. Clean, presented himself well, very friendly, and within 30 seconds after showing him the machine he guessed (correctly as it turned out) what the problem was and gave me an exact quote. He wore shoe covers (greatly appreciated) and was just excellent. Honestly, there is no way I could have asked for a better repair and repairman. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Great, prompt, good customer service, very knowledgeable. Best of all they explained what they were doing without any condescension or jargon unlike other repair companies.

Mike was professional, punctual, and had great communication when running a little late. He took care of the issue, a bad clog preventing the machine from draining. Explained the issue well, possible causes, how to avoid in the future, and other tips. He also took care of the space he was working in, cleaned up and even put the machine back in it's proper location even though that's not where it was when he arrived. Would definitely hire again if needed.

The service by the guy from Green Machine was great, but by the time they arrived our Kitchen Aid gas oven was lighting just like it should...of course. However, his feedback about the oven was good, he clearly knew his stuff, and was very professional. The cost of visit also includes coming back if the problem occurs again. And we will.

This couldn't have gone better from my perspective. He showed up exactly on time, solved a curve-ball problem getting access to the igniter (due to a different failure in part of my oven). Installed the oven igniter and was on his way. Personable and professional. You don't need to look any further for your repair needs.

I could not have asked for a better person than Mike. He quickly diagnosed the issue and determined the manufacturers solution. The solution was to use a new part since my part is no longer made. The problem was that the manufacturer's solution did not work. He initially said that he would call Viking and see how he could fix my issue which would have been good for me. But then he got an idea to search online for the manufacturer of the part and see if they had a replacement. They did and the best thing was that it was cheaper than the part Viking said would work. This was on Friday so we planned to meet again on Monday but he was worried that he might not have enough time to fix it so he suggested Sunday. Who works on Sunday? Mike does. We met this morning and he had the part in and stove fixed in 15 min. I can't say enough good things about him. One last thing, he is very tech savy. He has a wireless ipad so that he can research while on site and send you the invoice right after you pay.

Mike arrived on time; he was neat, friendly, professional.  He listened attentively to the circumstances under which the oven quit working.  He explained what he suspected and what he was doing as he carefully dismantled the stove and asked whether placing things on the counter or floor was better. 
He explained how the oven functioned, and the part needed within the first hour.  It wqas costly, and he explained what the overall charges would be.  When I agreed, he had to go to the warehouse as he did not have the part on him but he returned with it before the end of the day, again only a few minutes after his predicted time--and he called when 10 minutes late to report when he would arrive (within another 10 minutes).
The oven functions again, and he left having given good counsel on keeping it running. 
He was able to process credit card transactions with a hand-held, and emails receipts so it was nice and efficient.

Fantastic! For starters, After calling 3 or 4 appliance repair shops, Green Machine Appliance Repair was the only operation that would come to the house to work on this New Zealand made washing machine. Mike explained the operation of this machine to me better than anyone else has (or probably will). The problem, according to Mike, most likely, had something to do the drain mechanism. Since we have 3-4 loads of laundry per day, many objects can find their way into the drain mechanism and cause it to malfunction. Mike taught me the basic operation of this unique machine and the the sounds that each cycle makes, so that I can, in the future, be able to diagnose problems. The flat fee service call was well worth it!!!!
