Be sure to understand that  his hourly fee will be charged if even 5 minutes of work is done, even if the job is not successfully completed, and even if it appears that he did not even attempt to try to fix the problem, after assuring you when you called him that he would take care of the problem. Beware!

Heating and Air Conditioning Service

The system that was installed was inappropriate for the home and should never have been installed the way it was.      Since the installation, we have been inundated with extremely high heating bills and a home that has trouble heating in the winter.  We have had a few outside professionals look at the system and every one came back to us telling the installation was poor and should never have been installed the way it was in our home.   We have received estimates to fix it at twice to three times the cost of what we paid for the initial installation because now we must remove drywall, replace, etc...
