Craig agreed to come early so I would not be late for work. When I contacted him to let him know I unexpectedly got the day off he agreed to come later which worked much better for me. He arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. He was very courteous and respectful that it is a shoes off house. He really seemed to know his trade (believe me I have talked to enough people about this job to know). He was very easy to talk to, gave a clear picture of what he would do. He also gave me an estimate on fixing a ceiling in a different bathroom, (I have not yet made a decision on what I want do with that). He was honest and told me he had a few jobs lined up and could not come for about 4-6 weeks if he was to do the work. The price was in the range of what I was quoted from other contractors that do the entire remodel. If I had decided to go that way I think he would be doing the job but I decided to demo the shower myself, hire individual contractors (plumber, tile person) to save a little money (but not hassle). I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and would feel comfortable having him do work for me in the future.
