It went really well.  Troy came out and went over all the details and set up an appointment for installation.  The installers did a great job in installing and explaining the operation of the system.  When they were all done they even cleaned up after themselves more than I can say about Comcast.   I'm very impressed with the quality and service and would definitely refer them to others.

Great Western did a great job.  Troy came out and gave us an estimate and scheduled an installation appointment.  They showed up on-time and did a great job getting the alarm system put in and installed properly.  After the system was installed they spent an hour going over the operation and answering all my questions.  Before leaving they cleaned up everything and made it better than it was prior to the installation.  I'm very pleased with the installation and that they were able to hard-wire the system without seeing any of the wires.  This is truly a lost art and i'm glad I found them.
The monitoring service was also very reasonable in price.  We already set off the alarm and they called us right a way to see if everything was ok.  

Easy to work with and knows how to solve problems!

First we met with Troy, the general manager.  He has been in the security business for at least 12 years and knows his stuff!  He patiently spent time with us discussing all our concerns and then he recommended different options for equipment.  Phil is the highly-experienced (about 30 years) technician who installed our system.  He was also was punctual and very professional.  The cost was exactly what had been quoted to us.  The monthly monitoring is just $29.95 which is less than most companies charge that do a lot of advertising.  Because of Phil's experience, he had good solutions for all issues that arose during installation.  We are very happy with our system!
