It was alright .  They were going to clean the whole house but they ran out of time..  It was a great deal.  They were very pleasant and nice to work with.

Fox service the first time although they took a smoke break halfway through. I ordered a second session and paid for it and schedule the service. I could not get the session scheduled and asked for a PayPal refund but never received any. I finally had to enlist the help of Angies list and they promptly refunded the money. They did a good job cleaning but administrative follow-up was lacking.

Came to my home to clean per the offer. I had to leave the house while she worked and, when I returned a short time later, she was gone and hadn't finished cleaning. She left some of her cleaning supplies behind as well.The bathrooms weren't cleaned and the the dusting hadn't been done.

They were responsive for a while but then I couldn't reach them any longer and they just kind of disappeared. They didn't stay in contact. They were not reliable.

Started out good. Elizabeth was very personable and capable. Initially purchased the mother's day special and then started to have her come regularly to clean ( I have dogs). Was having problems with Andre leaving and going back to Russia so would come alone to clean. Then just stopped coming and responding to my calls. i suspected there were some social problems happening with her so I didn't pursue it after that.  I never wrote a review at the time because I was concerned for her but after reading the other reviews my experience wasn't unique.

They were fine. I would use them again if I needed it.

This was the first time I had my house professionally cleaned.  I was 7 months pregnant, so it was difficult for me to do everything.  The house looked beautiful once it was complete.  I left them a list with the priorities I wanted done and they completed them all.

The Big Deal was for four hours of cleaning.  During the time she was here, she cleaned very slowly, as compared to other cleaners I've had in or even myself.  She spent most of her time in the kitchen and didn't get to much beyond it.  She took numerous breaks, such that her actual working time was probably less than 3 hours.  She was not professionally dressed for a cleaner (I don't expect much, but her underwear and bra were both extensively showing).

Ok.

These young people were sincere and polite, and worked well together. They asked what I wanted them to do in order of priority, and did as much as they could in the allotted time. The vacuuming of three rooms was thorough. I needed walls in two rooms washed in prep for painting, which they did. They answered questions about their business and equipment in a friendly and informative way.

Very thorough -- did exactly what we asked them to do.  Very friendly.

I called to redeem the vouchers I purchased and the phone number was no longer in service. I checked Angie's List and the information/phone number had not been changed. I called a number of times but never got any one. I did not ever get any house cleaning done for the $150 I spent and felt I had been scammed.

The scheduling process went well but right before they were to arrive I received a call from the owner, telling me the two-person crew had a flat tire.  She said she was just finishing up at another house but since the crew would be delayed quite a while, she could come over within an hour and asked if that would be o.k.  She arrived within about half an hour and quickly went to work, completing a quality job in record time.

They did a fantastic job.  It was all that we had hoped for.

Not much to tell...contacted and made arrangements for a mutual date for cleaning...basic house cleaning was done...

They were on time, they worked hard and the house sparkled.

They were quick to respond to my query for a house cleaning and did a good job.
