I was in town and only had one weekend to get my house ready for sale in a competitive market so Cynthia agreed to meet with me on Friday night. She did a thorough review of the house and what needed to be done, and what would be on the "nice if it gets done list". On Saturday morning I was ready to tackle her list. She chose wall colors to compliment the Craftsman style of the house and really gave the bathroom a face lift. By knowing exactly what items needed to be done, I was able to work efficiently with the help of a small crew and was able to do even more than what was on the "nice to have" list. The house was in top shape. Then Cynthia did her staging magic and the house looked awesome. Even the work crew that needed to come back to finish details commented on how great the house looked. Cynthia really did transform my house. I recommend her not only for people selling a house, but also for people that what to stay in their house and really make it special.
Description of Work: Cynthia did an extensive review of my house that I was listing on the market for sale. She pointed out those things that needed to be fixed and those that were "if you have time". This saved me a lot of time as I only had 1 weekend to do the work. She worked with me to select new wall colors and also to give the bathroom an elegant new look. She was an excellent consultant.
