Showed up 1 hour 40 minutes late for appointment. This was after informing me that he would be only 20 minutes late. Had to use my water for the cleaning. Did not plan on the heaviness of the water in the machine when bringing it upstairs. Stated he we could come back the next day to clean my car. Called me some names when ran in to scheduling issue for car. Good quality and good price, would not work with again thought due to scheduling issue and calling me names.
