I had a broken kitchen door window and really needed it replaced the day it broke. I called the Glass Doctor and was shocked at the price and the fact that they could not be there that day. I next called the Glass Depot as a referred contractor of Home Advisor, and the owner was able to come out that day. The owner was kind enough to give us some extra time after he arrived so we could gather our emotions as we had just put our beloved dog to sleep at home due to COVID-19 restrictions at the Vet. The owner called back later that day to confirm an appointment for the very next morning. My only concern was that the technician was about one hour later than I was told he would be there (that is the reason for the low customer service rating). Overall, nice people, good quality and a very fair price!

some minor contact problem

Ghodi was outstanding. His communication was straight forward, timely and honest. Their prices were excellent. They replaced the double pane glass in seven of my windows. Ghodi's measurements were perfect and the scheduling fast. The installer was capable and competent but needed to be reminded numerous times to go back and finish the job properly ie - forgot to install two of the exterior trim pieces, left shoe marks on the walls after jumping into the window sill to do his work from inside and destroyed the screen he was supposed to replace. I haven't heard back from them yet about the screen replacement.

The only contractor that came to my need on a Saturday and the same day I called.

Ghodi and his team are knowledgeable and very capable. They were quick to come out and quote (many try to do it without actually looking). Quote was fair and accurate and Ghodi and his team installed a frame less glass shower for us quickly, with high quality, and great customer service.

Ghodi was quite prompt in coming in to measure the windows for glass size and then giving me a quote. I read reviews that past clients had left for all contractors that I was evaluating and glassdepot ranked very highly and favorably. The quote that Ghodi gave was very reasonable. He said the work will be done in seven to fifteen days after the glass camein. I gave him the go ahead. Three days later he called to let me know the glasses had in fact come in and that he could sent some one over that very day to replace the glass. From start to finish the whole process took just four days.The quality of work was good and they cleaned up very well before they left. Over all this was a very satisfactory outcome for this project. I will definitely likely single source Ghodi for any potential future glass needs.
