I have an older Mercedes and since moving to Seattle almost eight years ago have exclusively relied on the dealer in Bellevue for all service and repairs. I want everyone to know, that there is an expert shop right here in Lake CIty that after one visit, has converted me. Chris, the owner, is one of the most cusotmer friendly and knowledgeable individuals that I have ever worked with. He and his staff really know foreign cars and they keep up with whatever new changes take place in computer diagnostics. I trust him and his work without question. Chris explains the work nedeeded and recommended and he carefully shops for necessary parts. His knowledge of German cares especialy MB is unsurpassed. He is one of those gifted auto engineers that both relies on the computer and also his own sense of feel and sound.

My son's 2002 BMW, recently purchased, was experiencing battery and clutch problems. After reading reviews, I chose Seattle German Auto Center because of the good reviews and also because of the location. They were very helpful and patient with my son, a new driver, and helped him (and me) understand what was going on with the car. They even gave him a ride home because we live close-by. They performed the work within a short period of time. While the work was expensive, it wasn't a surprise. That's the down side of owning a European car, I guess (I also have a Volvo). We felt we were in good hands and that they were fair and cared about giving us the best service possible.
