"The pump was replaced on June 17, 2016. On February 12th, 2017 the pump stopped working. We were called out after hours (over time), opened up the pump full of sewage to discover a rag or fabric material of some type, sucked up into the impellor of the pump. The material was removed and the system was back in service. How did the fabric get into the pump? The only way for the material to get in the pump would be to have been flushed down the toilet. Obviously someone (either inadvertently or on purpose) flushed fabric material down the toilet, causing immediate failure that we addressed and fixed in February. In fact, this happens quite often. People, renters, kids flush cloths, wipes, toys, keys, pens, etc. down toilets all the time. When there is a normal sewer system it doesn't always cause immediate problems. Since their system is on a pump, issues arose quickly. Customer service is our top priority, we always want to make things right. In this case, there is no justification for any refund - partial or full."
