GARDENING PLUS

Gardening Plus was contracted by our property manager to mow and trim our lawn. In 9 years of our landlord doing the lawn, I've never seen it look this good! They did a great job on the grass and clearly paid close to the flowers in beds and trimmed around them with care. We really appreciate the clear attention to detail and care taken with the beds!

Tai did not do a thorough job.  We agreed beforehand that Tai would clear out the St John's Wort, roots and all, down 12 inches.  I complained about the quality of the work early on, showing him the large root balls they were leaving behind, just 6" under the surface.  He assured they woud go back to get those in a second pass.  When he presented me with the bill, he assured me they had gone over the area three times to get everything.  I trusted him and paid, then later checked out the work.  I was dissappointed.  I could understand missing some roots but these guys left maybe 1/3 behind - pretty big ones that you couldn't easily miss, too.  When I talked to him later on the phone, he said he already was making less than his crew on my job, and maybe I should just hire someone else.  Yup, that's what I'll have to do.

They come out twice a month. I am a property manager, and they work on a number of my properties. They come from April through October, and do a nice job. They don't work in the wintertime as we don't have grass growing then. They are prompt and dependable. They are also cheap. My interaction with them has been good.

They are courteous, thorough, neat, and reasonably priced. Tai speaks English well and he is easy to reach by phone if I need to give him special instructions. Usually, he just shows up and does the work and leaves me a bill for the week, which I mail in to him. I recommend using this hard working young man for mowing and trimming and yard work.
