1) They came to my house and diagnosed the issue to be springs that could not be fixed but had to be replaced. 2) They came next day and upon looking at it again, they said I would probably need to switch out the door wheels for new ones. Which, hindsight, I don't think it was required for the initial purpose's repair. But that's my fault for not saying no. 3) After they fixed the springs and the wheels, they mentioned that the motor was broken too, but I declined their services for that since I did not want to spend another $350 at that time. 4) After they left, I noticed that the door sensor was broken which was working the previous day. (I noticed the sensor light off) I saw that the sensor while had been cut off. The cut looked pretty clean and recent. I'm not sure if it was one of those shady business tactics or if it was an honest mistake where it got cut off while repairing the springs. 5) I reconnected the wires on the sensors and saw the sensors light up. The motors were back to working perfectly. In the end: - Giving them the benefit of the doubt that the cut was not done by them, I'm still amazed that they went to the conclusion that the motor's circuit board had been fried and I needed to replace the motor completely. - Repair was successful - However there is a lot of squeaking sound when lowering garage now - Receipt and warranty were never sent to me through my email even after 2 weeks from service. ( I have called them multiple times) I paid 790 after bring down price ~50 to ~60 dollars.
