I have used David for several years for pruning primarily, except for one year when I was unable to contact him. I call him and leave a message, he usually calls me w/in a couple of days and we arrange a date for the work to be done.
He arrives on time , we talk about whats to be done, he surveys the job, asks questions to clarify and then just starts in and doesn't stop till he is finished. He may stop and ask further questions or make suggestions if he is unclear about something. Occasionally, I think of something else I need done and he is very accommodating in doing whatever I want done.
He is a down-to-earth, no-nonsense kind of guy who is experienced and clearly loves his work.. I will continue using his services for as long as I need them.
It's a good idea to check and make sure he has completed everything if there was a long list of work to be done as we all forget.

I was pleased with the job that David did.

David arrived when scheduled, did a skillfull and neat job. He hauled the branches. I have hired David to prune trees and a laurel hedge several times. He is resonable, informative, responsible, and a delight to work with. He works in service to the trees and the owners, and I always have felt my trees are in good hands when he prunes them. He worked on a rental property for us, and was respectful of the tenants and delivered the bill to my house.
