FUZZY WUZZY RUG CLEANING CO did a great job. They deserve all A's. The guy was very friendly. The carpet came out so well last time that I used them again. The portable unit they used was not what I expected so I argues against it. To comply with what I wanted he came out with the van just to satisfy my needs. He was awesome and cleaned it like I wanted from the van.

I had used Fuzzy Wuzzy once before in 2005 or 2006 and had had a good experience. When I called them in November of 2010, Corry himself came to the house and measured everything and rolled it up and then gave me an estimate. The estimate for 4 rugs and a repair and wrapping the pads came to $800 including tax. I realized that was way more money than I wanted to spend so we took a rug and a repair out of the equation and he gave me a small discount and the price ended up being $655. I was still a little in shock and I admit that it was my problem, not theirs, that I wanted all these rugs cleaned but didn't want to pay what it cost. But we negotiated and both seemed okay with the new price and only doing three rugs and no $75 repair. Corry was professional and punctual and accommodating the whole time. When I got to Boston, and saw the obvious glaring oversight of the soiled areas not being taken care of, I was amazed and could do nothing about it because the movers were coming in with the furniture and the rugs had to be placed! I can only assume that this was a deliberate oversight on their part because I bargained them down in price. Still, $650 for three rugs is a lot to pay and still have them be stained. One stain was a couple of inches wide and 8 inches or so in length. It came right up for the Red Carpet Cleaners here in Boston.

guy came on time but was a bit whiney about furniture and other items. Did not often silicone finish so carpet is dirty just a few months later

They always do a good job and always provide great service. They’re clean and they come on time; if they make an appointment, they are here at that time. I would rate them as high as possible and would continue to use them in the future.

A boarding dog urinated on 3 area rugs. I took all three rugs (5x8') to Cory's Dry Cleaners on Lake City Way where Fuzzy Wuzzy has an outlet. I was quoted a price for basic cleaning/deodorizing and an additional price for enzymatic cleaning to remove the urine smell. I opted for both even though it doubled the price. It took a week to get them back and they looked and smelled great! Excellent job!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we were more than satisfied with the service.

They are so nice. They would call and check and make sure everything was o.k. They were personally vested and made sure everything went o.k. They are very responsive and last time came within two hours.

Very well. They gave us a discount for delivering the rugs ourselves and completed their work two days earlier than quoted. We also received a $60 in store credit from Corry's dry cleaners, who share the space.

They came out when they said they would, performed the work as stated, and returned on time. Great job. I highly recommend. This is the first time we've used a professional carpet cleaner so it's difficult for me to compare the price, that is why I gave them a B on price.

FUZZY WUZZY HAS BEEN CARING FOR OUR CARPETS FOR 45 YEARS. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK AND GIVE EXCELLENT SERVICE. SOME EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN THERE MANY YEARS. NEW ONES ARE WELL-TRAINED.
