It took awhile to get service because they were so busy. When we were finally helped, the salesman was helping one other party at the same time. Once we got his full attention, he was good. He helped us set up financing. The couch was delivered on a day convenient for us.

Salesman Paul C. Misrepresented facts: 1-He failed to add delivery charge on my paperwork. When I pointed this out at time of sale, he told me not to worry about it, picked up the phone & helped me schedule delivery. I was called by delivery dept. & told delivery was being cancelled because I had not paid for it; if I cancelled the order I would be charged restock fees. Store mgr offered 1/2 price delivery;at this point I had no option. 2-I was called when backordered coffee table arrived. I drove to Kent to pick it up & found it unassembled; Paul had neglected to tell me I would have to assemble it. 3-Paul promised my daughter that her furniture would be delivered in 2-4 wks, stating usually its 2 wks. Its now been more than 6 wks; personnel in the warehouse have since told me its always 6-8 wks. Paul is too interested in making the sale & is not honest with customers. My daughter has lived in her apt. w/o furniture all month; furniture still not arrived. Untruthful sales rep.
