The contractor would not return phone calls, emails or notes on the Angie's List site. Angie's List - the site the processed my payment claims that they had nothing to do with the transaction. My advice to any prospective customers is to never purchase any deals offered on Angie's List. Most likely, the contractor was so busy that they couldn't keep up with customers, but I'll never know since they won't return my calls.

"I am very sorry you had a poor experience. For no good reason (that I can come up with) we didn't receive word that a purchase had been made. I just checked my junk mail and it isn't there either. I admit I don't log in to the Angie's List website frequently as I am used to getting notification if anyone purchases our services. My learning moment from this is to schedule a regular weekly check on their website. I feel your frustration, believe it is warranted, and feel frustrated as well. How come it says services were rendered? Is 3/16/17 when your refund was granted? Did you purchase a Storefront deal? Overall I'd give them an A because I don't remember, and I wouldn't want to grade them down on something that I don't remember. They came. they showed up, they did their work and then left. Whether I'd hire them again, I don't know. There were two of them I think.

We've been using Shannon, Nate and the Fruits to Fronds crew to fix up the landscaping on our Capitol Hill home over the last few months and they've been SPECTACULAR to work with! Always on time, reasonably priced, gave me a good recommendation for a replacement vine for the kiwi which was out of control. They've also done a great job pruning and mulching all the flower beds, as well as killing the ivy that had overgrown one of the trees out back. Highly recommended!!!

The crew was on time, and made a wonderful job. In particular they identified the different types of trees/plant and recommended the best way to take care of them.

They were okay. I didn't like anything in particular, they didn't do as much as I thought they would do, but it was okay. The interactions were positive. They didn't follow up with me for the future plans and ideas for parts of my yard. They charged a $100 dump fee, and I was not too happy about that. It wasn't included, but $100 seems a lot for dump fees.

This group is exceptional. They were responsive, friendly, arrived on time, and worked throughout the allotted time. Cleanup was perfect and they offered ideas about our walkway and making a path through our yard. Will hire them again in a second. Definitely worth the money. THANK YOU!
