Bottom line is they did what they said they would do at the price quoted.  After the previous experience I had no confidence in anyone but this company knows what they are doing.  By comparison to the other company they were like magicians to me.  They are professional, reasonably priced, know what they are doing and do what they say they can do.  Look no further.  These are the guys you want to do your AV and Alarm work.

They did an absolutely, stunningly wonderful job on our place. They were a little bit more expensive than other places, but the system has worked great. They were a pleasure to work with and very, very professional. They were very good and did everything they were supposed to do. They were topnotch. Their price included a year of monitoring. You get what you pay for, but I think the price was expensive compared to other ones.

They were really good.  Someone came out ahead of time to access our needs.  Both of the people were very patient with the ton of questions I asked.  They market themselves at least being very much about customer service.  I was switching from another service provider.  They were easy to work with in terms of asking questions and understanding.  They have a policy where you can call them at anytime and ask them a bunch of questions and they will answer them for you.  they won't insist on coming out an charging additional money.  They gave us some information that was printed out and easy to read.  We just signed up with them, but my interaction with them so far has been very positive.  They are a smaller business and more consumer oriented.  I feel a lot more comfortable with them.
