Will never use again.

The only thing we could see that had been cleaned was the oven. Prior to the cleaner coming we had already applied oven cleaner so it was just a matter of wiping it down. The drip pans from the stove were left uncleaned on the kitchen counter along with some dishes that had been left in some of the cabinets. None of the cabinets had been wiped or cleaned. The counters were actually dirtier than when they had started. The floors looked as though a damp mop had been run over them in the living room, kitchen and dining room, but the bedrooms (2) & bathroom floors were still covered in dust. The kitchen drawers were pulled out but put back in such a way that they now stick. The person who brought the cleaner parked in front of our unit and proceeded to work on his car the whole time. We had to go back and re-clean the unit. The time prior to this that we had used them it became almost adversarial with the cleaners who were accusing us of lying about the size of the townhouse. They took pictures and sent them to the main office who in turned called us back saying that they would have to charge us more. We told them the size of the unit, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the the fact it had three floors. The painters were still there when they came early. Apparently because they had left their lunch in the refrigerator we were charged more. We paid them, and sent a letter stating how disappointed we were, but haven't heard back from them to date.

They did a fantastic job - house was incredibly clean when they finished - approximately 3 hours of work. They did windows, moldings, ceiling fans, light fixtures, kitchen cabinets and the floors - it sparkled when it was done. The staff was courteous, thorough and hard working. They were able to schedule a cleaning two days before my moveout which happened very quickly. The only glitch is that they showed up early - miscommuncation on the time - so they had to wait for me to return to get in the house. Make sure you confirm the time!

The owner came out for the initial inspection and to give me an accurate price for service. They did a white glove job. It was the best maid service that I have ever had. I can't believe what a good job they did. You pay a little more, but I'm more than willing to do so for such good service. They are out of this world.
