My business partner lauri mostly dealt with this project and I believe the contact from the company is the owner (Tom?). He is a personable guy and easy to work with. He came out to the shop with a book of samples and lots of advice. We settled on a material, color, lettering etc and he promised delivery in a few weeks. He asked for 50% down which we paid. He was late for every meeting and sometimes didn't show up, he never called we had to track him down but at least he did return our calls and the rescheduling worked out. The annoying thing was that when it came time to collect the balance due he overcharged us $200. We called and he agreed that there was a mistake and that it should have been $1600 not $1800 and that we had paid him $700 not $800 so he owed us $100 and he would drop it by the next day. Surprise surprise we haven't heard from him since.
