+ -1 moreWas recommended by architect. Initial review meeting very favorable and proposal was well done. Made promises in the meeting of refined quote to follow , subs visiting site. We agreed with promised follow up would sign agreement to start project in Jan 2016. No follow up executed by Fradkin despite follow up by architect. After owner made inquiry, Informed owner would provide updated proposal by 11/2 even though some design details not complete. Design details were highly developed in very complete dwg pack and architect ready top answer any questions but none asked. Revised proposal never submitted as promised. Contractor dropped due to no follow up on any of the commitments they made. They may be of good quality but responsiveness to commitments very poor.

+ -1 moreFradkin Fine has done two remodels for us. Both times they completed the work on time and on budget. Issues that came up were resolved quickly and fairly. We were assigned project managers who worked well with subcontractors and with whom we communicated well. We would use Steve's company again.
Description of Work: Steve did two home remodeling projects for us (two different houses). We added a bath and dormer, plus kitchen remodel and other work both times. Both projects came in on time and on budget. Communications and scheduling were clear.

+ -1 moreCame out once to look at project; weren't able to estimate extent of damage. Made second appointment to look again once holes were cut in ceiling and wall. Never showed for second appointment and never called to explain. Got the impression my project was too small for this company.
Description of Work: Called to request estimate on snow damage repair on interior ceiling beam and water damage on one wall.
