I had such a great experience working with Fluent Tree.  Alan was super prompt at returning my initial call, came by a few days later to give an estimate, and was able to schedule the job for just a week after our initial contact.  Matt and Loren, the crew that removed the trees, were on time (early even!), worked really fast and skillfully, and were just overall nice guys.  They de-limbed the trees and had them both cut to the ground in just a few hours - I couldn't believe how fast it went.  They cleaned up everything that had come down off the trees and even blew all the sawdust off my porch and sidewalk.  Alan came by later that day to grind the stumps, and by the end of the day, it was like the trees had never been there.  Fluent Tree was much more reasonably priced than another service I'd called, and they did such great work - I can't recommend them highly enough.

I communicated with Alan from Fluent Tree over email about how to proceed. He told us we had to get permits from the city to remove the trees. It took us about a month to get the permits, but, once we sent them to Alan, he was able to remove the trees within a week. I also asked if he might have some alder logs available (for mushroom-growing), and he obliged, at no extra charge.

Great. Alan came out to bid the job, explained all that he would do in detail. He came out and performed the services described a couple weeks later, due to my schedule, not his. He was efficient, clean, professional and informative. I will be calling again when this tree grows out of control, again.

Allen gave me a bid and was very proffesional, stuck to his bid and was very clean about it.
