We’re a local, family owned company, in business over twenty years but we’re also backed by the national buying power of the Flooring America co-op, enabling us to provide you with the premium service and experience you deserve. In addition to the large commercial jobs we've completed over the years (such as the downtown Seattle Public Library and the downtown Westin Hotel just to name a few), we also do residential retail and insurance restoration work. In fact, our largest clients are the same insurance carriers that likely insure your home! What that means for you is that we are vetted by the insurance carriers to ensure that we provide you, the homeowner and client, with the absolute best flooring experience, from the products we offer, to our installation and customer service. "Hello Member, It's true that our preference is to use Bona Traffic for sanding and refinishing, as it is the industry leader for commercially-rated, water-borne polyurethane finishes. There is a procedure to use a traditional acid-cured, oil-modified finish, such as a "traditional Swedish finish," and we were prepared to apply this finish but you opted for Bona. We are sorry you're disappointed with your floors but as we, the Bona representative, and the engineer hired by your insurance carrier, have all said - the floors are performing as expected. Hardwood floors will dent, scratch, and show wear - that's part of their beauty. If you'd like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us directly. Thank you."

Because we are part of your insurance carrier's vendor program and this was billed directly to them, our pricing is determined by a national pricelist the insurance carrier requires us to use. We're sorry that we weren't able to reinstall the bifold doors when we did the flooring installation; had they been onsite when we were there, we would have rehung them as included in our estimate. If the mitigation company that removed them is not able to rehang them, please let us know and we'd be happy to help you find someone to hang them for you.
