My initial in store contact was positive. I received good advice on initial purchase, but service fell apart thereafter. I couldn't get emails returned on additional purchases. It took a month to get a follow up email on a sink. I tried to order additional bathroom fixtures but no return response. When I was called about pick up for my initial purchase, no one told me I didn't go to the store for this. We finally headed over to Ferguson's and spent an additional $5k in sinks/fixtures. We got great service - really great email follow up and timely ordering.
