Description of Work: I was a nervous first time home buyer, and the First Horizon staff took care of me very well. They were meticulous with details, provided amazing customer service, and were happy to run me hundreds of different scenarios with interest rates, loan types, and price points. Sue Clinch was easy to work with and explained things clearly.

 + -1 moreTHE WORK DONE WAS AMAZINGLY METICULOUS AND PROMPT. OUR LIAISON WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILLING TO GO THROUGH ALL THE EXTRA STEPS NECESSARY FOR NOT ONLY THE ORIGINAL LOAN BUT ALSO GETTING US MONIES FROM A WHOLE NEW PROGRAM.
Description of Work: IT WAS THE STANDARD WORK OF A LOAN OFFICER TO HELP US FIND THE CORRECT 'PLAN' THAT WOULD FIT OUR BUDGET.
