Fidel Rios Painting

Fidel is categorized as a "painter" but he is able to solve pretty much any household problem I have offered him.
 In this case he repaired four posts that were leaking through an exterior terrace into a garage. He cut and replaced tile. He wall boarded and repainted the garage ceiling. This is a job that had been tried unsuccessfully by another contractor
He cleaned and painted an attic bedroom.
He repaired a squeaky library floor where flooring had loosened. This is another job that a contractor had not been able to do.
He disassembled a leaking  antique sink and rebuilt it.
He power washed and touched up portions of our exterior paint.
He stripped and repainted bedroom window seats.
He repaired and repainted a double hung bedroom window.
In earlier jobs Fidel has repainted the entire exterior and much of the interior of our 100 year old house. He repaired an exterior drainage pipe problem that had eluded several contractors.
Fidel has the very special ability to analyze a household problem and come up with a reasonable solution. I have been amazed at how resourceful and capable he is. In our view his painting has been very professional and his repairs have held up well. I would recommend Fidel Rios  for almost any household problem. His prices are fair.
