After 3 months on the job, it was time to say goodbye. Not just because it was taking so long but because we were double billed, charged for excess hours of work not performed, charged $85 per hr for apprentice work, work that had to be redone due to poor execution. His staff failed to hook up my washer properly and flooded by laundery room, ruined the carpet which has permanent stains and then billed me $366 to clean it up. (fans were brought in to dry them). This on top of the fact that Fernando is very hot headed and not at all professional. Very disrespectful to his customers verbally, cursing and hanging up on me. It was evident that Fernando was under stress due to 'money problems' elsewhere. Unfortunately, he took advantage of customers like ourselves who pay on time, often ahead of schedule just to get him by and afford him to pay his subs for previous work done elsewhere. It's a shame but very obvious Fernando is very unorganized.....great personality but very deceitful as well!

Fernando is very good about communicating status and helps guide me through decisions whenever something unexpected comes up. He also always does the right thing as opposed to the cheap thing. When he discovered a drainage issue while remodeling the basement, he took the time to do extra water proofing work so that I wouldn't have a problem down the road. His prices are also highly competitive and his quality is great.

Did a good job removing rotten wood from older Tudor brick home with wooden window frames, repair them, and repainted.

Fernando is great. He does the work at (or below) quoted price and has great attention to detail. When working on our stairs, he really made sure that the textured ceiling matched the rest of the walls. The end result was probably better than the original ceiling. When we moved in, he fixed our drainage, stopping flooding from occurring in our basement. That was almost a year ago and we just got a call from him offering to come by and check our sump pumps. He's definitely the first guy we call when we need work done on the house.
