We suddenly discovered on a Saturday morning as we were headed out of town that our furnace had stopped working on a particularly cold weekend. Steve showed up in an hour and and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our painting contractor had accidently unwired the thermocouple to the furnace. A simple job, but we were impressed with Steve's timeliness and his professionalism.

ON TIME, VERY POLITE. EXPENSIVE FOR RESETTING THE THERMOSTAT (WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO AT THE TIME), BUT EXPECTED FOR AN EMERGENCY HOUSE CALL.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE MAINTENANCE SERVICE THAT BEST REPAIR DID ON OUR GAS FURNACE. THEY CHECKED OUT AND CLEANED ALL COMPONENTS OF THE FURNACE AND NOW WE DON'T HAVE ANNOYING NOISE FROM THE FURNACE.

THE COMPANY RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE TECH WAS PRETTY INFORMED BUT VERY PUSHY. THE FIX WAS VERY SIMPLE BUT HE INSISTED THAT I SHOULD REPLACE A PART THAT WAS WORKING AT THAT TIME. HE CLEANED THE FURNACE AND DID OK JOB.

HOWARD, THE FURNACE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND THE RECOMMENDED SOLUTION. HE RESPONDED TO OUR CALL AND FIXED THE PROBLEM THE SAME DAY WE CALLED, WHICH WAS A SATURDAY.
