They were very good.

Evergreen RV does a good job. They get the work done in the estimated time. They do not waste your time by having to order parts. They figure it out when they do the estimate so when you take your RV in they are ready to complete the work. It is always surprising to me at how much the repair is on the hour. But I am also uncertain what the going rate is. They could work a little bit faster. They work on 3 or 4 at the same time so I wonder if I am getting the best rate if they are working on several at the same time. There are not that many choices in town for RV repair. Evergreen does get the work done right the first time. You don't have to come back for the same work.

Asked for written quote to trouble shoot power output of RV genset which I never received, Price and description of work that would need to be done changed with every phone conversation. Owner of repair shop said it only needed a new circuit board and full tune up including carb rebuild however the motor ran OK before and I expressed concern that I only wanted the power output repaired and that I had indicated that in writing when delivering the vehicle. They said it would need a tune up to run properly so I authorized the work. When I picked it up the generator did not work so I returned it the same night. They said the power output had failed and would cost $1700 more to repair and it would be more cost effective to buy a new one. They refused any warranty or refund claiming that the value of the parts returned equaled the time/labor to diagnose the addition trouble. I received no refund and they kept my generator claiming it was worthless. I was left feeling so ripped off that I didn't pursue legal action and swore I would never use this service again which a year later I have kept to. Although I do frequently buy parts upstairs which is supposedly owned by a different family member.

I think the Evergreen mechanics are more specialized and knowledgeable with RV's. They seem to do a great job. They are very thorough with finding problems and fixing them. I am happy with the overall work that they provide and their punctuality.

I purchase both operational, mechanical, and entertainment supplies from Evergreen RV. Everyone in the store owns an RV and so they are very familiar with the problems I encounter and the parts that I need. They are very helpful and good at directing me to parts in the store.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM EVERGREEN RV SERVICE. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE QUALITY WAS PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR TRAILER, RV OR BOAT WORK.
