Everyone in the office is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure excellent service. Not only were they upfront and clear about money needed and they expected calendar - they were fantastic of keeping me posted on goings on. They were available beyond traditional hours and usually responded to my many questions within minutes. There were a few challenges with the condo complex and they worked VERY hard with the lender to ensure that the condo closed on-time and on budget. They really went above and beyond. They also sent me a very thoughtful and nice toolkit once my condo closed to help me with moving and getting settled. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.
