I was truly impressed by Quy's responsiveness and professionalism. Our timeframe was very short--less than a week from when I called asking for a bid to when the work needed to be done. Quy was able to get a crew out within 2 days and they were fast and efficient; within a couple hours, our yard was transformed. My husband and I were thrilled by the improvement and the reasonable price (~$300). Quy sweetened the deal even more by throwing in mulch for free! Several months later, we still have hardly any weeds in our yard and maintenance is much easier. I think they definitely got the roots the weed, and the mulch has helped them to stay gone. The ongoing landscaping service was good, too, though a bit trickier to coordinate. For $50/month, they came out twice per month to do mowing, edging, and any necessary maintenance weeding. We were living out of the country for several months, so we had to rely on our neighbors' reports. From what we were told, Evergreen came out consistently and the yard looked good. Our neighbor watching the house had to give them a couple reminders that they were supposed to keep up with the weeds, too. In the end, we were charged an additional $100 for "extra weeding services," which was a surprise (but perhaps due to a misunderstanding with our neighbor or an initial miscommunication about what maintenance was included in the monthly fee). We were happy to pay it, though--even with the extra charges, Evergreen' monthly price was half of the other bids we got, and our yard looked wonderful when we got home.

Excellent! He is very personable, punctual, caring and very prompt. He has wonderful guys that work for him too. Great experience!

I love Evergreen; they are reliable and do great work. They are fast, efficient, and they always here when they are supposed to be. I also appreciate that they are helpful and will do extra requests with no complaints.
