We bought a couple of previous mattresses from these guys and were always very happy with the price, quality, and value, so we went back to them again when it was time to replace our king mattress.

They only have one showroom now on Elliot Ave W in Seattle.  This isn't a great location for us (living in Woodinville), but it was worth the drive.  It's a very modest showroom and they just have a few mattress styles, but that's fine.  (Their web site describes their various mattresses.)  The person working there was very nice and there was no pressure.  We were encouraged to take as much time as we wanted to try out the mattresses and were left alone (in a good way).  She was very helpful in explaining the construction and various aspects of the different mattresses.

We bought the mattress on a Saturday and they delivered it on Thursday at the expected time (and removed our old mattress).

Their prices are excellent and we have been extremely happy with the new mattress.  We are both sleeping better and our backs feel better too.  I highly recommend Everest Mattress.

The people in the store were friendly and they had good prices. They had 5 different typed of mattresses. They delivered the mattress, but did not install it.
