* Smart and does things right - on his own initiative, he spent the time to actually research the details of what kinds of rafter tails and facia are used in different Craftsman designs before doing the work on my eaves.
* Creative and a great sense of design - he's got an eye for what looks good. (And if you've ever worked with a sub-contractor who doesn't, you know how exasperating that can be!) John can execute what you want to perfection or help you come up with a beautiful solution.
* Meticulous but fast
* Versatile - he has the skills to do what needs to get done
* Dependable - John gets back to you promptly, arrives on time, does everything he says, and all of that good stuff.
* And just a nice, kind person you'll enjoy meeting and having in your home!
