We had a very quick closing, and the loan almost did not go through in time for the closing. Yet they were very patient with us, and when it finally came time to close, they had all paperwork ready and we closed on time. They even stayed late on a Friday afternoon to meet with us to close on time. I cannot recall exactly how much their services cost (I put $400 only because I had to put something), but they are competitive with other escrow services.
