Stay away from Elita Real Estate/Erica Vincent! Poor communication, inaction, threatening tactics at renewal time. During our renewal process in 2010, they raised our rent $550!! 25% in one year!! I asked to discuss their reasoning or negotiate. Whereupon they immediately put up a for rent sign and told us we had 5 days to sign a new lease at the price they asked or be out by the end of our lease. Two weeks! Having no choice in the matter and not prepared to move, we bit the bullet and renewed.
We chose not to renew in 2011 after our experience with the previous end of lease renewal process. We gave plenty of notice, had the property professionally cleaned, including windows and carpets. Returning the property to Elita Real Estate/Erica Vincent in better condition than we received it. Forced a walk through, assured we would get our full deposit back. When the check came in the mail, $175.20 was deducted from our deposit for cleaning/bug bomb that was completely unnecessary and doubtful it was performed.
Elita Real Estate/Erica Vincent are a REAL SCAM with zero customer service and will take you for everything they can!!

Erica came by to explain her company's services, assessed the rental value of my home and advised what work I should do before renting it out to maximize rental income. Upon agreeing to use their services, Erica managed all facets of finding a renter and was able to find renters in less than a week. I was impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness throughout the entire process.
