Eric Robison

I very highly recommend Eric. He helped my buy my first home in Maple Leaf. After the first week, we were totally in sync. He understood exactly what type of home I was looking for and never wasted my time on things that were out of my wants or budget. We spend about six months looking. Despite the long process, never once did I feel like I was wasting his time. He also gave me a great education about home buying. He wasn't afraid to show sales or bank-owned properties (though ultimately my house was a straight sale) and worked hard to make sure my offer was in the best position possible. Most importantly, Eric kept me grounded during what can be a stressful process. I'm absolutely in love with the house we found but if I ever need to move, he'll be my first call. Eric came to me by recommendation of a former co-worker, and I couldn't be more grateful. He continues to give me great recommendations (landscaper, gutter cleaners, etc) so I can care for my home well without breaking the bank.
