ENA Couriers Inc

The delivery went as planned, with a few hitches, due to unknown factors and difficult-to-find locations. Two boxes for pick-up turned into three because they were overloaded and too heavy and unwieldy to cart up a rocky garden pathway at the residence they were stored. The delivery was made to an equally difficult to find location: huge building, lots of wings, the prototype for a Habitrail (TM). The ENA driver, a very patient man, contacted us with his cell phone, and we were able to guide him to our location. Mission accomplished.

I had a package at my old house that my landlord had left on the front steps for me to come get. I didn't have time, so I called ENA to see if someone could retrieve the package and bring it to my work office. They were able to do it within a few hours, and I was very relieved and impressed! The price was much less than what I expected too!

I called four courier services and 3 taxis. None of the taxi companies would do it. The first courier service quoted $60, the second courier service quoted $90, the third said they were too busy, and the fourth was ENA Couriers. They quoted me roughly $27 dollars. I paid over the phone with a credit card. The person taking the information was helpful and courteous. The courier arrived to pick up the package within an hour and it arrived safely at its destination in a very reasonable amount of time. I was very pleased with the service.
