Emmanuel's picked up my large antique wool rug in Ballard, took it to their shop, cleaned it, trimmed all four sides and bound it with corresponding thread. They kept the rug for more than 2 months and delivered it to my new home in Federal Way. I was beyond pleased with their service and have sung their praises to everyone. I would recommend them because of their professionalism and ability to make my requests work.

I pointed out the areas that needed cleaning and those that could be skipped. They were prompt, professional and did an especially good job on high-traffic areas such as stairways.

They were really good, they did a good job of cleaning our carpet.

They provide a 30% discount for dropping of the rug at their location. Their facility is a little out of the way, but not hard to find.
They don't have a and quot;retailand quot; environment. But, their staff is very friendly and helpful, insisting on walking out to my car and carrying in the rug for me.
They provided good information on their cleaning process and available options. The end result was excellent and they even had it ready three days early.

The carpet was fairly dirty after about 1 1/2 years of heavy use, particularly near the entry to the kitchen and in the livingroom where my son likes to eat while watching TV(!). And the sofa gets rubbed against every day by my dog. So the guy who came had his work cut out. He has been here before - I've used Emmanuel's several times - and he did a very thorough and careful job. He put foil-backed paper squares or blue foam squares under all the furniture.

We have a wool Karastan rug, approximately 6 x 9, that we had rolled up and placed in storage when we moved to our present home in 2001. At that time, we didn't have a place for it but didn't want to sell it because we like it so much. After having some remodeling done quite recently, we found a room for it that is just perfect. It obviously needed cleaning though - it hadn't been cleaned in well over 15 years (!). I read the favorable reviews for Emmanuel's on Angie's List and also heard from one of my daughters who has also used them and was equally favorable in her comments. So while in town one day, I stopped by to see about bringing the rug in myself and was greeted by cheer and professionalism (and 2 lovely dogs), and also got a glimpse of the facility. (May I just say and quot;wowand quot;). I got an approximate price for the cleaning, made an appointment to bring in our rug, and felt very safe about entrusting it to these caring and knowledgeable people. When I picked the rug up (on the day promised) and got it home, we were so pleased with the results. Very, very pleased. I know we will use Emmanuel's again when the need arises.

I dropped off and picked up the rugs for a sizable discount. The cleaned and deodorized them due to some pet accidents. I am very pleased with the outcome!

Ack! Red wine on my beautiful oriental carpet, recently purchased in Istanbul. I wish I'd called Emmanuel immediately but did get the carpet to them within the week. It will never be exactly the same, but it is mighty close. I drove to their location and dropped off the carpet, which was cleaned and ready for pickup a few days later. I know where the stain was, but no one else is likely to be able to tell. The carpet also still feels beautifully silky under bare feet. These are the experts, and I would return to them for any other carpet issues. I thought the price was quite fair as well.

I have used some other company that were a little less expensive but this company is the best in town. They are the best I ever used. They did an excellent job and they very professional.

I brought the rug to Emmanuel's. They carried it out of the car for me, Cleaned the carpet and I picked it up 4 days later. They did a great job. This is the second time I've used them for an area rug; plus I've had them do on-site cleaning of wall to wall carpet.

They are very well established. I chose them because after talking to them I felt they really knew what they were doing. The carpets that I had were pretty high value. They had a lot of similar carpets in their shop that they were currently cleaning for other clients. I guess they have been in business since the early 1900s. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody, and I have.

I used them six months ago as well. I liked them as they were professional, fast and courteous. They were conveniently located. They called me when it was ready. They quoted me a fair price and the rug was clean. There were no complaints. I would use them again.

It's a small, family-run place. They are very knowledgeable and offer a great service. I would highly recommend them.

We've used these guys numerous times over the last 15 years or so. As far as I know, they are the only full-service company in Seattle that both cleans and repairs high-end American and Oriental carpets. They are quite expensive, but their repair work is flawless and they have the facilities to spread large oriental rugs out flat to wash them, then hang them to dry. It is a manual, labor-intensive process that most carpet cleaning companies are unwilling to master. I would not trust an expensive, imported carpet to anyone else.

They did a great job, and the repairs to our antique carpets worked beautifully. This business has been in the family for a few generations, so no worries about their know-how! I didn't do any comparison shopping, so I don't know how their prices compare with other companies.

We only had the minimum amount of square footage and the cleaner tried to find more carpet to clean to assure that we had our money's worth. We didn't but I was pleased by his diligence. The carpet had not been cleaned in 11 years and was stained and grimy. After his cleaning it was sparkling clean - like new. I had not expected such an excellent result. We will use them regularly now.

They were good. All of the glue didn't come off so I had to hire a couple more people to remove it. When they came they did respected my home.
