Welcome to Emerald Isle tile Andrew Norris, the owner, originally a native from Ireland, moved to Seattle in 1995 and compares and enjoys the beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest to that of his hometown Donegal, Ireland. We are a team of home improvement designers, installers and managers - dedicated to making your home improvement project exactly what you dreamed it would be. With a total of 19 years experience; the past 11 years have been spent solely in design and project management with a specialty in tile, stone, stone slab installations and repair work. Whether you have a vision for what your remodel could be, or are just ready to ask a few questions, this is the place to start. We offer a range of services and can customize them to fit your unique vision. We were a tough customer because we had a very tight deadline. We had 10 guests moving in within 6 weeks of starting the complete bath remodel. If the job wasn't done, all of us would be sharing one bathroom! Andrew committed getting it done, but also acknowledged the schedule was very tight. We started within a few days, and for the next 6 weeks we had plumbers, tile experts, demo teams and a foreman in our house almost every weekday. While there were a couple times that the team didn't arrive per the committed time (hence the one less than perfect score), the overall schedule was managed perfectly and the job was completed on the very day our guests arrived. We are very happy we chose Emerald Isle Tile for our project.
The rerouted plumbing was done in three phases, the tile work took 2 weeks and the drywall was replaced within a few days. The quality of work was excellent. And best of all we love the tile/grout recommendations provided by Andrew and his team.
Most importantly, our guests all loved the "new" bathroom. They said is was like a high end hotel bathroom.
The people at Emerald Isle Tile are very easy to work with. They are all polite, respectful, and very professional. This was a month long project, with lots of different men coming and going. They were always on their A game. Their conversations, and interactions were professional and respectful. Never heard any sort of trash talk (I really appreciate that). Any bumps along the way were handled quickly and without "drama"". The work they did was extraordinary. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire project. Every little detail was attended to. No short cuts or quick fixes. They truly live up to their motto "beautifully installed. Built to last". I am more than pleased with the work they did. My new bathroom is absolutely stunning. We will use them again and we will not waste our time finding new ones because we are happy and satisfied with their service.
