When he examined the rug, he said some spots would not clean up to brand new and some of the color was faded due to sunlight.When he returned the rug he laid it down and it looked clean.  Some spots as he mentioned did fade but did not come out completly.  I was very happy with the outcome.  What I would do over again is too have the rug cleaned on a regular basis.

The owner was wonderful. He picked up and delivered the rugs. He even helped me move some of my furniture which was definitely above and beyond. Very happy with the service and would most definitely use again.
