Josh was very responsive and provided me with a great quote to complete the job. I flip houses for a living and this was my first time using Emerald City Electric, I would never go anywhere else! Kyle and Mark did the install and I have to say they are two wonderful men that take great pride in their work. Had an emergency one day needing the furnace up and running for hardwood floor refinishing. Called Kyle and they were at my doorstep in 15 minutes. Kyle pays attention to the details. He has great knowledge of light placement for the perfect ambiance. Not only are they extremely professional but they are great fun to work with. I know... maybe it's not high on peoples priority list to have someone fun to work with. Dealing with trades on a daily basis it becomes very refreshing to me. Kyle and Mark brought sunshine to my days!

The service was scheduled via phone, email and text, but thought the responsiveness could've been a bit better, but not a big deal, I know they are busy. Services were performed quickly and efficiently by Joshua and his associate. Very pleased with the products they installed and they are working well with the exception of a set of motion detector flood lights, which appear to be faulty. Joshua came back out to diagnose the problem and installed a new set of lights at no charge, even though the light was defective.
I contacted Emerald City Electric and spoke with Joshua. I liked his attitude right from the start. He wasn?t one of these businesses that you leave your name and number with and get a call back after several days (that?s so disruptive). He explained his schedule and we found time to work together. He didn?t charge a fee to come out and give me an estimate but after we talked about what I needed him to do he gave me a ballpark (which proved right on) and we set-up a start date. He worked great and in two days did what needed to be done and make some suggestions to better ideas than what I had planned?I was impressed and enjoyed having him contribute to our project. I will use him again and highly recommend him for your electrical needs
