Home and Garage Organization
The install was delayed several times due to the Company not being able to get the raw material. Once the install begain it was completed in three days. The overall appearance and quality is good. My complaint is that one of the three lights in the desk unit has shorted out and Emerald City Closet and Wallbed will not come and reapir it. I have called three times and each time I was told they would contact me. I have also written a letter to the Company owner; all to no avail. If using this Company do not expect any post installation support. I never expected to have the repair done free of charge, but there must not be enough money in servicing their units.

HORRIBLE COMPANY; REP CHANGED APPOINTMENT SEVERAL TIMES, MEASURED INCORRECTLY AND EVERYTHING SHE ORDERED WAS WRONG; THIS WAS AFTER WE HAD EMPTIED OUT OUR BEDROOM CLOSET. WRONG COLOR DELIVERED, WRONG SIZES DELIVERED; WERE TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT COME BACK FOR ANOTHER TWO WEEKS. COMPANY THEN INCREASED COSTS BY OVER 30% DUE TO THE REP'S ORDERING ERROR. CALL TO OWNER DID LITTLE GOOD. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, CALIFORNIA CLOSETS IS FAR SUPERIOR AND THE PRICE ENDED UP THE SAME.
