Called Mark on a Monday as I needed carpets cleaned prior to turning home over to property manager. I had a dog and some and quot;high trafficand quot; areas that were quite stained. All carpet was either light grey or light tan. I honestly didn't think some of the stains would clean. Mark fit me in his schedule immediately, coming over late in the afternoon to accommodate my needs. Communicated with me early in the day and then just before coming over so that I could limit the time I missed work. The carpets look FANTASTIC. Extremely reasonable rates. Friendly, professional service. I highly recommend using Mark's service.

He was fast, efficient, on time, fairly priced, and the carpets looked excellent after he was done. I would absolutely recommend him to others.

They were dependable, they did not leave any messes, and I felt like he was very professional. We were satisfied with the end results and the price the fair.

II wanted to make my whole house look great, so it seemed like a good time to clean the carpets. I had used Mark about a year ago so I called him up and left a message. He called back shortly setup a time for the carpet cleaning. He showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets.

This is the second time that I have used Ellison's Carpet Care and I have been highly pleased both times. Scheduled an appointment with Mark. He came and cleaned my carpets. Mark is fast, efficient, and thorough and his prices are reasonable. I have been happy with the results both times.

We moved out of our house rental and as part of our initial lease agreement, our landlords requested that we have the carpets steam cleaned. We chose to use this company as our landlords had used this company in the past. Mark was courteous and punctual and did an excellent job.

They were punctual, and their work was good. The price on that place was okay, but it was too much on the next one that I had them look at, so I did not use them again for that reason. I would use them in the future if the price is right.

They were good and did a good job. I liked their price. Everything about them was great. We would probably use their services in the future too.

I have been using them for about fifteen years. I get them cleaned about four times a year. They do a great job. It is very inexpensive and always done right.

It went very well. Mark was professional, kept the house quite clean (despite a rainy day), and did a good job getting the cat throw-up stains out of the carpet. The steam clean detergent he used did not have a strong/noxious odor. The price seemed reasonable, and he got the job done quickly.

They were great, removed every stain. The job got done real quick. They are very professional, really neat, and very careful with your things, so I would strictly recommend them. They left everything in place, and I had a wonderful experience.

THE CARPETS WERE DIRTY AND THE MAJORITY OF THE STAINS ARE GONE. A SMALL SECTION OF THE CARPET PAD NEEDED REPLACING AND MARK WAS ABLE TO DO THIS. HE WAS EFFICIENT, SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS VERY PERSONABLE.

I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM ELLLISON'S CARPET CARE. THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CLEAN A CARPET THAT LOOKED LIKE IT COULDN'T BE SALVAGED. THEY ARE SO GOOD ABOUT WORKING US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE, AND THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE WISE.
